These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are governed by the Terms and Conditions of (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Article 3 (Management of Member ID and Password)
Members shall manage their member ID and password for the Service at their own risk.
Members may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their member ID and password to any third party. When a member logs in with a combination of member ID and password that matches the registered information, the Company will consider the use of the Service to be by the member who has registered the member ID.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)
Members shall pay for the service using the method designated by the Company, in accordance with the fees separately determined by the Company and displayed on the website.

Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)
Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service
(1) Violating laws and regulations or public order and morals
(2) Any act related to criminal acts
(3) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or network
(4) Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
(5) Acts that collect or accumulate personal information about other members
(6) Impersonating another member.
(7) Direct or indirect provision of benefits to antisocial forces in relation to our services.
(8) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 6 (Suspension of this Service, etc.)
The Company may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to members, for any of the following reasons
(1) When performing maintenance inspections or updating of the computer systems related to the Service
(2) When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
(3) When computers or communication lines, etc. are shut down due to an accident
(4) In any other cases where the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by members or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 7 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict a member's use of all or part of the Service, or terminate a member's registration, in the following cases
(1) If a member violates any of the terms of this Agreement.
(2) If any false information is found in the registration
(3) In any other case in which the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of actions taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall be exempt from liability for default of the Company's obligations if such default is not caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between members and other members or third parties in connection with the service.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to members, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of such changes.

Article 10 (Modification of Terms of Use)
The Company may change the Terms of Service at any time without notice to members as it deems necessary.

Article 11 (Notification or Communication)
Notification or communication between members and the Company shall be made in a manner determined by the Company.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Members may not assign their positions in the service agreement or their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party or offer them as collateral without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

第3条(会員さまIDおよびパスワードの管理)
会員さまは、自己の責任において、本サービスの会員さまIDおよびパスワードを管理するものとします。
会員さまは、いかなる場合にも、会員さまIDおよびパスワードを第三者に譲渡または貸与することはできません。当社は、会員さまIDとパスワードの組み合わせが登録情報と一致してログインされた場合には、その会員さまIDを登録している会員さま自身による利用とみなします。

第4条(利用料金および支払方法)
会員さまは、本サービス利用の対価として、当社が別途定め、本ウェブサイトに表示する利用料金を、当社が指定する方法により支払うものとします。

第5条(禁止事項)
会員さまは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
(1)法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
(2)犯罪行為に関連する行為
(3)当社のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為

第6条(本サービスの提供の停止等)
当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、会員さまに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サービスにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
(2)地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
(3)コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
(4)その他、当社が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
当社は、本サービスの提供の停止または中断により、会員さままたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害について、理由を問わず一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第7条(利用制限および登録抹消)
当社は、以下の場合には、事前の通知なく、会員さまに対して、本サービスの全部もしくは一部の利用を制限し、または会員さまとしての登録を抹消することができるものとします。
(1)本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合
(2)登録事項に虚偽の事実があることが判明した場合
(3)その他、当社が本サービスの利用を適当でないと判断した場合
当社は、本条に基づき当社が行った行為により会員さまに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

第8条(免責事項)
当社の債務不履行責任は、当社の故意または重過失によらない場合には免責されるものとします。
当社は、本サービスに関して、会員さまと他の会員さままたは第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。

第9条(サービス内容の変更等)
当社は、会員さまに通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更しまたは本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによって会員さまに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

第10条(利用規約の変更)
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、会員さまに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。

第11条(通知または連絡)
会員さまと当社との間の通知または連絡は、当社の定める方法によって行うものとします。

第12条(権利義務の譲渡の禁止)
会員さまは、当社の書面による事前の承諾なく、利用契約上の地位または本規約に基づく権利もしくは義務を第三者に譲渡し、または担保に供することはできません。
第13条(準拠法・裁判管轄)

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Return Policy

・Please check the product for any defects and to confirm that it matches the contents of your order.
Returns are accepted within one week of receipt of the product.
・In the event of a return or exchange due to a defect of our company

We take all possible measures to ensure product quality and delivery. However, in the unlikely event that you find a defect in the product you received, or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us at saihyou@yamahide.info as soon as possible.

We will confirm the situation and return or exchange the product as soon as possible.

〈 We will not accept returns in the following cases 〉
・If we are notified of a defect more than one week after the product arrives at our store.
・When the product has been used.
・When the product is stained or damaged.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer. When ordering products, please carefully check the color, size, price, and details of the product before ordering.

Although we take the utmost care in the production of our products, because they are consistently handmade, it is difficult to produce exactly the same product as a machine-made product, and slight differences and imperfections may remain.
The following is an example, but please understand that we do not accept returns due to such conditions.

・The wood used for the handle is natural wood and may be slightly dented or look like cracks due to the grain of the wood.
・A kind of forge welding defect called “aike” may slightly appear on the blade surface, but it is not considered as a defective product if it is far from the blade tip and does not affect the blade.
・In the process of sharpening some products, some of the engravings may be lost in the process of removing distortions.

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by members or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 7 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict a member's use of all or part of the Service, or terminate a member's registration, in the following cases
(1) If a member violates any of the terms of this Agreement.
(2) If any false information is found in the registration
(3) In any other case in which the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of actions taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall be exempt from liability for default of the Company's obligations if such default is not caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between members and other members or third parties in connection with the service.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to members, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of such changes.

Article 10 (Modification of Terms of Use)
The Company may change the Terms of Service at any time without notice to members as it deems necessary.

Article 11 (Notification or Communication)
Notification or communication between members and the Company shall be made in a manner determined by the Company.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Members may not assign their positions in the service agreement or their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party or offer them as collateral without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
